Prices are for the remainder of 2010. If you have any questions about prices, please call us or email for more information or clarification. Our prices do slightly increase each year due to rising costs of production. Regretfully, they have increased once again this year but still remain very affordable and perhaps are still less expensive than most of our competitors.

Also please note that we have had a very high demand for fully edited videos in the past two years and as a result, we are only doing a very limited number of fully edited videos and trying to limit the edited videos to 4 per season. Fully edited videos may now take up to 26 weeks to complete. Please DO NOT book our videography services if you are NOT willing to wait 26 weeks for your edited video. This will only cause you frustration and stress as well as hard feelings towards our company. Regretfully, many of our past couples in 2007, 2008 and 2009 have had to wai long waits (some up to a year and a half!) for their videos. We apologize publicly once more for this long wait and wish to thank them all again for their extreme patience with us while our company was growing and transitioning. We will make every attempt to get your fully edited video to you sooner than the anticipated 26 weeks but make no guarantee. That being said, we thank you in advance for your patience. Creating your edited video takes time, attention to detail and lots of work and we do not want to rush just to get it to you. To help reduce our costs, we do all of our video filming and editing ourselves which means that we are constantly hard at work for you to keep our prices low.

Disc Jockey Pricing

If booking a DJ only without any other services (9:00p.m. - 1:00 a.m.)................................... $345+GST

All of our DJ Services include two speaker sound system and music library. We gladly take requests.

We have basic lighting available (which includes pattern lights, strobes, black lights, coloured spot lights, neons and more). For those requiring more extensive lighting, we have an Intelligent Lighting system available and we are able to provide a very impressive light show equivalent to 10,000 watts of light power!!.

Our music library consists of a wide variety of music including:

50's & 60's / oldies Country (both old and new) Hip Hop Rap & Urban Dance / Club Music

BONUS: Book a Stag (Mixed Party) along with a Wedding Reception DJ and save $25 on your Stag DJ! (ONLY $320 +GST)
Special non-profit or Fundraising prices are available for $250 +GST and will be subject to our approval.

Photography Pricing

Weddings

Our wedding photography includes a digital photos with all photos provided on disc.
Photographers Fee (to secure date and cover in-studio preparation of photos)..................... $295 PLUS $50 per hour +GST/PST added to above $295 for each hour required (average couple requires 5 hours but you can book for a MINIMUM OF 1 hour)

Example based on coverage for a 3:00 p.m. ceremony:
1:30 arrive at Brides for photos
2:30 departure for Ceremony
3:00 Ceremony
4:00 Ceremony ends
4:15 Photo Session
5:45 Arrival at Reception Hall for photos of cake, decorations, Head Table, etc.
6:30 departure
Total Price = $295 + (5 hours x $50/hour = $250) + GST + PST = $615.85

A full studio is available upon request at the rate of $50 per half hour session. (+GST/PST)
If we are required ON-SITE at the location of your choice to photograph an event, our price is $75 for the photographer's fee PLUS $50 for each hour required. This price includes all digital photos provided on-disc.
Certain discounts may apply on the photographers fee if other appointments are already scheduled in your area on the same shoot day. You will be advised of this rate reduction if it applies to you.
Prints or albums can be purchased for an additional cost.

Please inquire with us if you wish to purchase a print package with different sizes of your photos. We have three Package Print Options available.

Terms and Conditions:

*30% of total price is required as a non-refundable deposit on ALL services booked and based on the total price of all services booked with taxes.
*Deposit will be kept in the event of cancellation OR postponement of date.
*For all services being booked, 50% of the remaining balance will be payable up to 1 week before the scheduled event with the exception of DJ services payable the night of the event.
*Once you have paid your deposit plus your payment up to 1 week before, the remaining balance will be paid either upon receipt of video or photos.
*A contract will be signed for all services.
All clients agree to have their photos/videos used for demo purposes without receiving any compensation. (can include demo albums, demo videos, print or web advertisement, all forms of media and Facebook.
*All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
*All prices, terms, conditions and services are subject to change without notice and our CURRENT in-office flyer pricing will take precedence over any previous website or flyer pricing.
*All of our prices have additional PST/GST.
